Choir and Drama teacher, Teresa Bonilla, lends her talents to our music and drama program.  She studied with Nancy Fox of Ocean City for 10 years before attending Westminster Choir College for her Bachelor's degree in voice performance. Ms. Bonilla is also the owner of Bonilla Vocal Academy, Mays Landing and alumna of St. Vincent de Paul Regional School.

Senior Choir - Students practice and perform for the Christmas Chorale, sponsored by TV 40, and at several nursing homes in the community.  They also perform at all of the school Masses and the 8th grade graduation Mass in June.

Choir - Children who join choir commit themselves to a busy year.   The choir performs for other functions sponsored by the school, and the exposure the children receive from these activities allows them to feel at ease in front of an audience.

  

Any child in grades 2 to 8 are welcome to join choir. This is an after school activity, practicing once a week.

Drama Club  - The Drama Club performs a musical each year on the stage at Holy Spirit High School. The most recent performance was Cinderella.  Past performances have included Disney's Aladdin, Jr., School House Rock, Jr., Into the Woods,  and Cinderella.

Many of the students in Choir participate in the school play as well.  The fact that they are familiar with performing with the choir may contribute to their onstage poise.

Junior Drama Club -  This was our first year to introduce Junior Drama here at St. Vincent's.  It was a huge success!  Children from 1st through 3rd grades participated.  They did a great production of E-I-E-I Oops and their families loved it!
